Legacy Investments are investments made by members of the Backcast team prior to the formation of Backcast Partners. The firms in which these investments were made have sanctioned the attribution of these transactions to such members of the Backcast team. Each of these transactions involved the participation and input of a number of people, not all of whom are members of the Backcast team.
