Lina Pava

Prior to joining Backcast in 2026, Mrs. Pava served as an Executive Assistant to the COO, the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, a Senior Policy Advisor, and the VP of Budget Policy at the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, a bipartisan nonprofit organization. In this role, she provided executive and operational support, managed projects, and coordinated events and cross-functional initiatives. Prior to joining the Peterson Foundation, Mrs. Pava was an Executive Assistant and provided investor relations support at Fairfield Greenwich Advisors, where she worked closely with senior leadership, clients, and investors. Mrs. Pava brings 20 years of experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex operations across financial services and philanthropy. She earned a B.A. from Baruch College.
