Michelle Wills

Prior to joining Backcast in 2026, Mrs. Wills was an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Cerberus Capital Management in 2023, a global alternative investment firm, where she managed the day-to-day operations serving as a strategic partner in executive operations, complex scheduling, global travel coordination, confidential communications, and special initiatives. Prior to Cerberus, Mrs. Wills held executive support roles at Monarch Alternative Capital, TPG, The Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal Luxe. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting senior executives across private equity, financial services, and global consumer brands. Mrs. Wills earned a B.S. from the University of Arizona and an M.S. from Hunter College.
